The name Qÿhtvehb Zabn Gehbn is derived from the Sylvin language, as Qÿhtvehb Zabn Gehbn was founded by Yoīshīy Joī 'Bella Cherry' Mānḱ Ermé Mpf̄y, who was culturaly Undermountain.

Qÿhtvehb Zabn Gehbn was built using the conventions of Undermountain durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Qÿhtvehb Zabn Gehbn is no diffrent.
